Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ct555 ("ct555", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the ct555 online casino, sports betting, and gaming services available at https://ct555.ws and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you have previously been self-excluded from ct555 or had your account suspended by ct555, you may not re-register without the express written consent of ct555.

ct555 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. ct555 does not impose deposit fees on any supported payment channel, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bangladeshi bank transfers.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ct555 account within two minutes of payment confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the sending institution.
• ct555 reserves the right to request evidence of a deposit transaction (e.g., a transaction reference number or screenshot) before crediting funds to your account in the event of a processing delay or discrepancy.
• ct555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. There are no processing fees deducted by ct555 from any withdrawal. The amount you request is the amount you receive.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same ct555 account, unless ct555 expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
• ct555 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ct555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses must be wagered the required number of times (the wagering requirement or rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. A player who has previously held a ct555 account — even if that account has been closed — is not eligible for a second welcome bonus under a new registration.
• ct555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before its wagering requirement is met, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided. Any real-money balance not derived from the bonus will not be affected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus funds are non-cashable until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• ct555 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the ct555 platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio or sports data provider. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply to all ct555 players:

• All bets and wagers placed on the ct555 platform are final once confirmed. ct555 does not accept requests to cancel or void a confirmed bet, except in the circumstance where a game or market is voided by the provider due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• ct555 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that the outcome was affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed disruption. In such cases, the stakes placed on the affected round will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and markets. Where a maximum bet limit is in place, ct555 reserves the right to void the portion of any wager that exceeds the stated limit and to pay winnings only on the permitted stake amount.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. ct555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and forfeit all associated balances where any of the following prohibited conduct is identified:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, game-play scripting, or screen-scraping.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or derive unfair advantage through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings accrued as a result of a known error must be reported to ct555 support immediately. ct555 reserves the right to void all transactions affected by an error, regardless of whether it was exploited knowingly.
• Registering more than one ct555 account for any purpose, including to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, including depositing from another person's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account without that person's knowledge and authorisation.
• Using the ct555 platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime or breaches applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ct555 may suspend or permanently close a player's account for any of the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a verification request has been issued.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. In such cases, ct555 will notify the player via the registered contact details before taking any action regarding the account balance.
• A player's own request to close their account. Players wishing to close their account should contact ct555 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, ct555 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Upon termination at the player's own request, any verified balance will be returned as outlined above. ct555's decision regarding account termination is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ct555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, game assets, logos, trade marks, service marks, text, data, and design elements — is the property of ct555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the ct555 platform without the prior written permission of ct555. Any unauthorised use of ct555's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct555 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to use the ct555 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or network outages beyond ct555's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcomes, odds, or market prices resulting from a third-party data feed error, provided that ct555 takes commercially reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon identification.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your ct555 account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where ct555's systems were not themselves compromised.

11. Governing Law, Amendments, and Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of ct555's services. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by ct555 in accordance with applicable law.

ct555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version at https://ct555.ws/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ct555 support.
